Everything shifts when we feel and spread love.

We are guided by children and their ideas on how they’d like to expand love. Co-creating activities within our schools, at home and across our local communities, we explore mindfulness techniques and the creative arts to practice warm heartedness and compassion for ourselves, one another and our world.

Through these practices, children learn self-regulation methods to potentially neutralize symptoms of anxiety, anger, emotional swings, and social phobias while also supporting focus and motivation.
